The entire 5 STAR team from sales to front office to installation is top-notch. Special shoutout to Donnie, Carson, Zach, Trapper, Ricky who were super easy to work with and did such a great job on my new bathroom. They were always on time each morning and very communicative when adjustments needed to be made. You can tell that 5 STAR has a nice family feeling within the company; it appears that the team enjoys working together and truly cares about each other. A nice energy for sure. This shouldn't matter but as a woman, I found them very easy to work with and no egos; super chill all around! I LOVE LOVE LOVE my bathroom remodel. Finding a company that would work with me on a curbless shower was hard to find. 5 Star worked so great with me on my needs and what I wanted. I couldn't have asked for a better job!!!! I now have a piece of mind for the safety features they were able to install for me and my family. Will recommend them highly!!!!

These guys were amazing from start to finish. They were very accommodating for the initial consultation. The time from consultation to installation was a very quick turnaround. The installer was very professional and went above and beyond. The installer fixed a scratch in the floor that was caused by another company and so he was not required to fix it but fixed it at no additional cost and was very kind about. The installer also answered any questions that we had as well

I declined their services and they called me multiple times a week leaving messages and complaining that I wasted their money. I asked them to stop and had to block their number to get the calls to stop. I think they were upset that they paid for the lead through thumbtack and that I ultimately decided against doing the remodel or even the estimate due to the cost of other estimates I received. In my opinion they acted in an unprofessional manner to a level I have never before seen in a company, and they were willing to spend many many hours calling to harass me rather than accept that I didn't want their services.

I would really like to give these guys a five-star rating, however, because of a couple of issues I have to knock off one star, you can decide for yourself if I gave them the proper rating. The first issue was that when I spoke with the salesman, he said he would pick out the color and design. I agreed. He then ordered it without ever sending a sample photo to us. We did a change order and added a bench to the shower. Apparently, the design and color that was chosen were included in the change order, but it was never pointed out to us. When the shower walls were installed we were very unhappy with it. To rectify the situation, we had to pay $1,100 for new, higher grade walls and they installed them free of charge for labor. The second issue is that the rain shower head sticks out too far. Unfortunately, the system is one piece, and so the arm cannot simply be replaced, the whole system would need to be replaced to fix it. On the plus side, the wrong glass walls were originally quoted to us. Higher end, much more expensive ones had to be installed, and they took care of that for us. I think it ended up costing them around $1,200 to do so. They had great communication. And even after we had already paid them almost all of the cost for the shower, they still took care of the issues as quickly as they could. They even came in on Saturdays to get it done. You can definitely trust this company. When I have more work in the future for other things we want to do to our home, I will definitely be giving them a call.
