    • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
      I have my pricing available on my website at reflectandrestorespa.com. Upon your first visit, you do get a free upgrade of your choice. Any other monthly specials or events are also listed on my website. I do offer military discounts, rebooking discounts, and referral/loyalty programs.
    • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
      I take the time to sit down and have a one-on-one conversation and consultation with every client. I don't want anyone to feel like just another link in the chain. You deserve all the time and attention to be sure that you get the perfect, luxury spa experience. I want to get to know you and understand what your daily life is like in order to best serve you.
    • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
      I am a dual-licensed massage therapist and master esthetician. I completed the Master Bodyworker program after the basic massage therapy program in order to perfect my skills and delve into more details. I have worked for luxury day spas, medical spas, chiropractors, and professional sports teams to get a variety of experience and clientele. A few years into my massage career, I had the ability to go back to school to obtain my Master Esthetician license. I was able to easily learn and intertwine my massage skills with the knowledge required to treat skin conditions safely and effectively.
