- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer standard prices for services such as resume and cover letter writing. Other services are billed at an hourly basis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have an initial email conversation to discuss where you feel you need the most help and discuss if you feel I could be the person to provide you with that service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters degree in Social Work and run a private practice as a mental health therapist. While in graduate school, I provided administrative services in all areas to numerous business and individuals.
