I can not say enough about these guys! Our move was so quick and easy. Even with obstacles across the way they did everything in their power to make it work. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We provide top notch service for you during your moving day. Stuff A Truck uses high quality wrap for your fabric furniture. Assembly and disassembly of furniture is provided during your move. We use premium blankets to insure your furniture is safe inside the trucks. To insure your move goes extremely care free we offer packing services. Allow us to safely pack your household items, anything from personal belongings to your most fragile piece. Stuff A Truck Moving is available at a 2-hour minimum. We require a 24 hour notice for cancellations/rescheduling or a $60 scheduling fee will apply. This flat fee applies to all customers regardless of the specific moving location. Please note, there are no refunds for unused time. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We like to communicate directly with the customer to get all the details of the move. Once we have the details we give a detailed description of our quote and why we quote that. Any and all questions are welcome to make sure you are completely satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Throughout college I took many business classes that relate to dealing with customers and how to interact with different people daily.
