Great experience working with Sacred Roots, they communicated quickly and effectively and the work was done with great quality and speed. Would definitely 100% recommend their services and I for one will be utilizing them for more projects in the future.Sep 25, 2018Verified
Missed scheduled phone call. Called, left message, I returned call and asked Chris to call - crickets.Aug 6, 2018VerifiedSacred Roots Nursery LLC's reply
Hi Patricia, I do apologize for not calling you at that scheduled time. However I did call you the next day on 7/28 at 1:35pm and left you a message. I didn't hear back from you and figured you found other services. I'm sorry for the inconvenience and wish you the best of luck with your project.
Was supposed to stop by my house and give me a quote. Never called and never came. Would never hire someone like that. Should have at least called.Jul 7, 2018VerifiedSacred Roots Nursery LLC's reply
Barbara, I apologize for not calling to let you know I would be unable to make it, I understand your frustration and sincerely apologize for that. I had an unexpected personal issue and had bring my son to the hospital that day as he broke his collarbone while I was working. Again I do apologize for not informing you but please know it wasn't malicious and I didn't intentionally blow you off. I haven't been much on this app or working as we've been tending to his injury and back and forth to the doctors for check ups and additional X-rays. Your review is misleading as you never hired me and I never did any work for you. Again I realize I should've notified you then but my mind was elsewhere and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you but by saying you hired me and writing me a bad review for not showing up to give you a free quote is a bit harsh don't you think and I would kindly ask you to delete it.
Experience so far has been fantastic! Weeding was perfect. Now he is helping me with design specifics in my yard. I will continue to use him to help me.May 31, 2018Verified
