I work with the clients budget to customize a menu to fit their needs and wants.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication and listening is the key. Each client has a different personality and must be dealt with respect and courtesy. I find out their likes and dislikes and go from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelors in business, culinary arts and small business. I also worked under many fine chefs who taught me the skills I need to be successful.
