I began training with Anthony after a minor shoulder injury. I had seen a doctor, everything looked fine, but I was experiencing pain, but I was only offered meds. I’m not a big pill taker and was looking for another option. I met Anthony through a mutual friend. He sat with me, listened to my concerns and suggested some exercises to strengthen my shoulder. He met with me once a week for a month to adjust the exercises and was available by phone any time I had a question. I felt very comfortable around him; he touched me only to correct my posture or movements (which is very important to me, as a woman working with a male trainer), and made sure I understood what was going on with my shoulder. The problem resolved itself after about six weeks! No meds, no invasive procedures. I was very happy and I look forward to working with Anthony again, hopefully without an injury!

Our pricing is flexible to fit needs and wants and are very comparable to other professionals in the area.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always go through a goal setting day and basic assessments to find out what our starting point is. We then design a program to fit you individually. Cookie cutter programs are ineffective and we will never use them
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are fully certified A.C.E. personal trainers with a certified fitness nutrition specialist. We are professional martial arts instructors in multiple disciplines.
