What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We're non profit for lost or unhealthy animals which most are able to be set free back into the wild,if too weak we send them to Bailey's Arboritem where there comfortable and cares for 24/7!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At first you really have to be comfortable with Client's and seems to make Your animal warm up to anyone who would be on staff at that time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Animal Rescue,I'm on the Board for Mill Neck NY animal safety plus working to Save Beaver lake and Mill Neck creek over fishing and sanctuary for Osprey & Owls,Hawks,Eagles!
