What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My minimum for any work is $500. Beyond that, my pricing is based on the scope of the project and how my work will be used over time.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to conduct a phone interview with the customer to get a solid understanding of their business, the project(s) needed, and the deliveralbes
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a creative director, art director, designer and brand strategist for more than 20 years. I have a degree in fine arts and design. I have worked for some of the most well known and well respective advertising agencies in the world. I have spent the last 10 years working directly with small businesses and nonprofit causes.
