- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we like to get to know what exactly the customer is looking for , cost effective or something to impress the guests , perhaps something in between . I don't like to waist people's time and the best way to grow as a company is by word of mouth . we will explain the process of the project in detail and describe everything in writing in a easy to understand contract . we typicly ask for half down payment and the remainder at completion .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a turn key company , meaning we have guys in all areas of the construction field . We will send the guys that have experience . we hand pick our employees and run a full background check and drug screenings randomly to insure the customers always get what they paid for . Every employee must have at least 5 years experience remodling homes .
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I work really hard while all of my co-workers did not . I was tiered of making the company grow and watching others take credit for my efforts. I started with siding homes , then framing . I worked with a friend doing residential concrete jobs for a few years and then drywall. Everything I tried , I found a way to do it better . I am very competitive and proud of my work . I started my company with my wife by my side and luckly found some great guys that also have my pasion for quality work .... It is not easy to find guys who actually take pride in there work .
