FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I can give a quote over the phone, text, or email, but the best & fairest way to give an estimate is for me to come see the house. It gives me a chance not only to see exactly what you would like done, but also it's an opportunity to meet you as well. I will never take advantage of the situation either. If the work is completed in a shorter time then expected or it wasn't as involved a task as originally thought, I will say just that & decrease the rate that was originally given.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As stated above, typically I would come to your house & we'd walk through your home while you're explaining exactly what it is you'd like done. Then we'd sit down and come to a rate that is agreed upon & one that makes both parties happy. Ultimately, the overall goal is happiness on both sides, as well as having a client that is 100% satisfied. I want my clients to feel absolutely no apprehension with leaving me in their home. That trust a client has in me is something that is of the utmost importance to me & something I would NEVER jeopardize. Whatever you need from me, be it references, a written & signed contract, or anything else of that nature, I would be more than happy to provide you with. I am always available to you should you need anything.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have no formal training, but something even better and that is the old school training from my grandmother who was a chambermaid for many, many years. I do have a college education and possess an Associate degree in Science from Mercer County Community College which is located in Trenton, NJ.
