As a Certified Master Inspector with 8 years experience and over 3000 inspections completed. I am one of the state's most experienced home inspectors. I provide residential and commercial inspection services throughout the Greater Nashville area.
I thoroughly inspect all accessible areas and major components of the property for defects and will then provide you a detailed inspection report with pictures and recommendations.

John was the best! He is courtesy, timely, thorough, and very knowledgeable. He performed the inspection on the house we are looking to buy, and he explained everything every step of the way. I have been a Real Estate Agent for 11 years, and always used the same inspector until he retired. I had a house under contract in the early spring of 2016, and was searching for a new home inspector. I called 2 that were unable to get the inspection done for at least a week, and when I called John Wilkinson at Inspect-it, he did the inspection on a Saturday in order to keep me within my 10 day inspection period.
