Introduction: I am a local Property Manager who started as an Office Manager/Bookkeeper for 100+ units in Chittenden County. During the last 5 years, I have gained the experience to branch out to the maintenance and repairs side of the business. I can complete a wide range of maintenance and repairs/renovation tasks, such as painting, general maintenance items, and most recently flooring. I have an installer with 10+ years of flooring experience. We are very competitive with pricing and we are able to get to and complete the job quickly and to the customer's satisfaction. On the flooring side of the business, our greatest satisfaction comes from hearing the joy in the customer's voice and seeing the expressions of a happy customer. It is very satisfying to see the transformation of a room, in such a short amount of time. The compliments on our work is the most satisfying aspect of what we do.

Jason was amazing. After our original guy bailed, I went onto to Thumbtack and messaged him. He responded within a few hours and he was able to come out the next day. He assembled our wicker patio furniture, coffee table, cooler and the umbrella. Additionally, for a nominal fee, he hauled away all the boxes as well as other items that were waiting to go to the dump. He was prompt, professional, friendly and efficient. We are thrilled to have our furniture in time for the Memorial Day weekend!
