Micah is the best contractor I've ever hired. Not just best plumber...best contractor. He's a fundamentally decent human being. He's polite, he's detail oriented and he values customer service to an extreme. We were remodeling our bathroom. Micah redid the plumbing throughout our 1950's bathroom and replaced about half of our aged basement piping with modern PEX. Throughout the process, he was humble and focused on the tasks in front of him. However, my wife noticed a drop in water pressure. So, we politely asked if he could come out and adjust whatever needed to be adjusted so our water pressure would be back to what it was. Without hesitation, he said he'd come out free of charge. As he began adjusting our faucets, he chose to replace our kitchen faucet for free. He said "This is what I'd expect from a car repair shop when repairing my car." I was stunned! STUNNED. So, let's recap: 1: His hourly rate is lower than many of the other local plumbers. 2: He was never pushy or aggressive in trying to upsell me additional services. 3: He was a gentleman in my home. 4: His workmanship is excellent. 5: He volunteered to correct my water pressure issue free of charge. I didn't have to ask. He volunteered. 6: When he decided it was the faucet, he chose to replace my faucet at his cost. 7: He cleaned up after he left. Micah Monk is a home run. You can't do better.Apr 26, 2016Verified
We were very happy with the service we got from Micah and Re-plumb. From the beginning of the process he responded quickly and efficiently. We will definitely be using Re-plumb again! I wish every contractor we ever hire would be as courteous and responsible. Thanks Micah!Dec 6, 2016Verified
