The job was to clean all the carpeting in my home. Wow, what an outstanding job. The carpeting looked, and smelled brand new....very impressive!! They were professional, thorough, and reasonable priced.

After welcoming a 2 month old puppy into our family our home carpets really suffered from all of the accidents that happen when house breaking a new pet. I called Satisfaction Plus Cleaning and got a fair quote right off the bat. I decided to hire them and I am very happy with my decision. The home carpet is completely rejuvenated and feels brand new. Satisfaction Plus went above and beyond cleaning the tile and carpet in my restaurant. With the construction and cleanup prior to opening he left the place gleaming. I would highly recommend him.

Just wanted to let you know that was the worst carpet cleaning we have ever had. The carpet looked great when it was all wet, but once it dried none of the spots that I had pointed out to the guy came up. I don't think any pre-spot treatment was done. The carpet also took twice as long to dry as normal. The carpet was so poorly done that today I took my own Bissell Carpet Cleaner and went over the LR and DR again. The water was dirty. Makes me wonder if any soap was used at all. Don't waste your money. We spent $175.00. What a waste of money.
