I take pride in keeping the 'personal' element of personal training relevant, tailoring programs to individuals' needs and desires and taking time to help them make a real, ongoing change in their lives pertaining to health and fitness. I enjoy getting to know people and witnessing their progress with their health goals. I definitely enjoy helping them realize how much this can affect other aspects of their life.

I initially started coming to Jason for knee pain that I was having while lifting. After just a few visits, my knee pain was gone and I was excelling at all of my lifts! I highly recommend Jason if you are looking for a personal trainer. He's very knowledgeable, easy going and professional. He helped me gain confidence while lifting and was very understanding of my abilities!

I've been a fitness enthusiast for many years but I have noticed a remarkable difference in my strength and stamina since I've been doing training sessions with Jason. I started off with just once a week for the first couple years and that was enough to see significant improvement. I just recently added an extra day per week and I feel even better. Jason is most certainly a fitness professional, he always has a new and thoughtful sequence of exercises for each session that even after several years are still challenging. I have some back issues and on several occasions he has taken time out to show me some great exercises and stretches to alleviate my back pain. I think Jason can as easily work with athletes as he can work with those new the gym. He is friendly and approachable and our training sessions always fly by. I highly recommend him for anyone looking to learn, change up, or challenge their fitness routine.

Jason will listen to your goals and push you hard to meet them! He is a deeply knowledgeable trainer, and an excellent motivator. I've been working with Jason for a few years now, and he's always been on the lookout to keep me from plateauing. He is tough when he needs to be, and very understanding if your situation changes. For example, I had to have minor surgery a year ago, and Jason worked with me to ensure I did not stress my body, but rather stayed active while recovering. If you're ready to do the work, Jason can help you improve your diet, increase your strength, and improve your health!

I have worked with Jason for a long time and have always enjoyed my time with him at the gym. I am not a gym lover and without having him there waiting to meet me I know I would not push myself as hard as I could while strength training. He helps to keep me accountable to myself and my health. He has helped me work through injuries, continue to improve my strength and he is fun to talk with (which frankly makes pull-ups a lot more enjoyable). Jason is a great trainer!

I have been training with Jason for the past 2 years now, and believe that with his help I have been able to achieve a positive change in my appearance. When I met Jason, I was highly unmotivated, had very poor body muscles and I was very weak strength wise. Today I see a great improvement in my resistance and in my ability to complete the challenging sessions we have every week. I am happy for the level of wellness and fitness I have achieved at my age! Jason has been very encouraging, dedicated, flexible and is very knowledgeable in his profession. I highly recommend Jason to anybody looking to improve their fitness and wellness.
