What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $189 for 1 bedroom and living room. We then add $40 per room that need treatment.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We take the time to talk to our clients before we take the job. We want to make sure we are able to meet their expectations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a salesperson for 20 years and have always had 5 star ratings for my service. I listen and do not over promise. My service tech James has 6 years in exterminating and is a professional.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I never knew there was such a problem with bed bugs. I interviewed with a company and was amazed at the need for true professionals.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with all types of customers. Bed bugs do not discriminate. They find their way in to any ones home.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We were recently in a home where a woman decided to get rid of her mattresses and furniture. She should have called because we could have saved all of that furniture.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
There are only 2 companies that I know of that specialize in bed bugs. When you go to a doctor you want a specialist. This problem is that serious and should be handled by a company that is a specialist in the field.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Ask professionals how many treatments it should take to get rid of the bed bugs. The honest response is it really depends on various factors. We always hope that it is one but more realistic is that it may take 2 treatments.
