- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My services are hourly. Coaching services are $200 to $150/hour and consulting services are $150 to $100/hour. I will discuss a sliding scale in cases of hardship.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Coaching starts with a complimentary consultation to make sure the client is a good fit for Jennifer's coaching practice. The client will be given the opportunity to set priorities for the coaching at that time and an hourly fee/time estimate will be assessed based on what is needed. Resume/CV/cover letter/essay coaching is a flat hourly rate and is managed through Google docs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Professional Co-active Coach, CPCC with a specialty in emerging leadership and millennials. I am also a university faculty member who has spent the last decade teaching and learning (and appreciating) millennials. And finally, I am a former advertising creative director who has a strong understanding of personal branding.
