I needed an outside railing quickly as I was scheduled for knee replacement surgery. I made a request through Thumbtack on a Sunday and Joe from Lakefront Design contacted me almost immediately. I really did not expect to get a same day response from anyone but Joe and I corresponded several times that same day. Joe came to my house the next day to measure and inspect the site. He then managed to construct a custom railing and install it within nine days. Joe was very responsive to any questions that came up and kept me updated on his progress for the duration of the project. His fee was very reasonable. I am very satisfied with the work that was done and recommend Joe very highly.
