Dylan is committed to providing the best fitness and nutrition plan that works for your body and your needs - definitely not a "one workout plan fits all" mentality! I needed to adjust my type of workouts to hit specific fitness goals and asked Dylan for help in creating the right training plan. In every training session he provides knowledge on why certain movements active certain muscles and tips on how I can best maximize each movement. He's also knowledgable in proper nutrition based on my goals. Plus, he's super responsive whenever I have a question. In my time working with him, it seems he really cares about building great professional relationships with his clients so that they can all reach their goals.

Awesome guy and trainer. Dylan’s help with my meal tracking and lifting technique has me feeling great. 10/10 would recommend to anybody from a beginner like me to a competitive lifter.

Dylan takes his job seriously and it's there to make me a better person. When I think I can't do a technic he is teaching me, he punches me to give my best and is patient to work around the level of intensity with each of his clients. If you follow his suggestions and do the plan he has created to fit the needs of its client, you will start seeing results after a few weeks.

Before I started with Dylan, I was in a weight loss and training rut. With his help and guidance, he has helped me get over that rut and I am losing weight and inches again. He pushes me but listens so we can both be successful.
