Was a great experience! From day one, Trent did such a great job helping on this project and made it as easy as possible. There were other aspects of my basement remodel that I didn’t even hire him on for and he still went above and beyond to make the experience great! Example: all of the cleaning associated with the demo that he had no part of. Above all else my basement looks awesome! Trent and Jacob are amazing!! They do great work for a great value. I ended up having them do more than I expected. They are all around great handymen/carpenters. They pretty much did it all from tile on the kitchen floor to drywall to a new door frame and a roof! Love these guys. I am having them come back to do the rest of my house when I am ready. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I always try my hardest to be as reasonable as possible. I am not a big company and dont have as many expenses so I try to pass that along. However a job may take me longer than the bigger company.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Forming a good relationship before any work begins. Answering all questions and asking questions of the customer. I always keep a open line of communication at any time of the day with my clients because I know that questions can pop into ones head and you want the answer when the thought is there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been in these trades my whole life with a grandpa who was a master carpenter and became self employed, a dad who was a contractor. I almost had no choice but to learn the trades. Also several semesters in arts of business. U.O.P.
