- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The initial consult is free. Sessions are usually 45-60 minutes, $80 each session. The frequency of sessions is up to you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a free initial consult to see if we are a good fit for each other. Here we discuss goals and what I can do to help you reach them. We agree on how frequently we would like to meet and for how long. We will sign the coaching agreement form then. Afterwards we refine goals as progress is made and continue to evaluate the coaching experience. Sessions can be conducted over the phone, via Skype, or in person.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Health and Wellness Coach. I am a Registered Yoga Teacher - 200. I also hold WI Credentials, LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) and CSAC (Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor).
