I went to Nakesha at Driven Career Services and at this time I was looking to change career fields. I had been working the in customer service field and was looking to get into the healthcare industry but I had no experience. I had tried submitting my resume on my own and never got a callback or any type of response for that matter, so I knew at the point I needed additional help. Nakesha scheduled time with me, we talked about everything from what positions I was interested in to my professional accomplishments. I believe within a week I had an updated resume. I can't begin to tell you the excitement I had as I was reading it. It had been rewritten so well. I got excited about this job search again. Within two weeks I had so many recruiters calling for interviews within a month I had secured a job in the healthcare field.
