- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is different although some of the core work to be done can be the same in many of the projects you might be considering at your home or business. Site conditions, accessibility, material selections, and overall scope of work are often factors that can affect the final price of most projects making it difficult to have a "standard price".
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is find out what the customer wants and be able to provide recommendations and/or cost efficient alternatives to make sure the customer is completely satisfied. most of my clients have become my friends and I treat everyone like family.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training is all hands on growing up with a construction family. My dad worked for the city and we were constantly doing projects together. Loved making something out of nothing. Spent years with the military and I am extremely detail oriented. Combined now that I'm older has given me a great work ethic with experience.
