Introduction: Hands down; my customers. I enjoy the different projects and take pride in the work my company delivers however it is only upon meeting and getting to know the individual(s) I service that a job becomes truly enjoyable. I have been blessed with the skills required to maintain a company that is extremely versatile and adaptable. Very rarely have I found myself or my employees dreading another day on the job thanks to the variety of projects and mostly the even greater variety of pretty outstanding and unique people. I am humbled as well as grateful to my customers. The ones already established and those yet to receive our services.

My husband and I hired Chris and his crew to do the roof on our new home as well as the roof on our existing house. The new home we knew needed less work due to it being new construction and originally had no intention of messing with our old home since we were putting it up for sale. The job they did and the manner in which Chris handled any and every dilemma, minor along with major, just blew us away. We are far into our 60s, my husband and myself, and very much set in our ways. We hold onto our money and expect to get every bang for every buck spent. Chris didn't feign understanding he actually appreciated our position and met every request, no matter how demanding or insane, we made each time. When he was not able to accomplish or acquire what we sought he didn't pull a fast one, never hit us with outrageous hidden or after the fact costs. He came personally to inform us of everything each step of the way. His charming and very down to earth, honest nature makes him and his employees more than hired help; to us they are very close to family in our eyes and hearts. Because of this we have since used the services of Complete Home Maintenance on two roofs, gutters, interior and exterior painting of our new home, carpet to hard wood flooring on all 3600 sq ft and they are currently fixing the disaster tile work done by another, not to be given the satisfaction of a mention, handyman/remodeling specialist in our master bathroom. Along with the big jobs have been countless 'honey-dos' that myself and husband have requested throughout each project. I want to make clear I am not aware of anyone else's position or experience with Chris or his company short of the friend who referred CHM to us and the expectation shouldn't be assumed, however, it should be mentioned that many of the smaller items such as installation of some appliances, plumbing issues, fence work and landscaping (minor jobs) went uncharged or bundled in at impossible to pass up discounted amounts. I am forever grateful to have received the referral of Chris and his team. This experience has given us such a different outlook on our untimely and unplanned transition between what was our dream home of 35 years into what we can now afford in today's market. We are on an adventure and we have been inspired to take pride in our new home and life which I promise you was nothing my husband nor I imagined possible.
