When I met Frank my bookkeeping was literally shoe boxes full of receipts. If there were 0 stars, I would give him 0. It is really hard to work with him and he never responds right away. Always I have to call him first and beg him to respond my questions and he always just says he's really busy, and will get back to you but he never does.
