FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes I do have a standard pricing. When it comes to pet sitting the prices are as follows: Cats are fixed at $15.00 per cat per day. In home pet sitting starts at a minimum of $15.00 but can vary depending on the amount of care requested For Dog walking services prices are based on size as follows: A 30 minute walk starts at $15.00 An hour walk will cost $22.50 For any walk that goes over an hour in length, there will be additional charge of $3.00 per 15 minutes. As a perk of having me walk your dog for more than an hour I will take them to a nearby park or trail, and play with them using toys I will happily provide, and offer treats for good behavior. Overnights at the owner's home are $40.00 per night.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet and greets with owner and pet are required before the start of any new relationship just to make sure everyone is comfortable. I will travel to your home and if the owner is willing we will go on a brief walk while discuss the details of the services desired for our furry friend. This walk also allows me to assess how the animal responds to me and the outdoors and helps me understand them better while they get to know me. These meeting usually last between 30 and 40 minutes and come at no charge to the owner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have owned animals since I was a young girl and can not think of a point in my life where I wasnt caring for my own pets or those of others. I must admit I have no formal training in handling animals but I can call from a plethora of real life day to day experiences, that to date have not failed me. I have worked with puppies and kittens to senior dogs and cats and have loved each and every one. I strive for excellence in my work, and to be honest take seeing a happy well loved animal as a greater reward then any material gain I might receive.
