Introduction: Divorce doesn't have to destroy your family. I help people get divorced without fighting in court. It's all about making smart decisions about your money and your children. I am one of the only Minnesota attorney who is also a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst. I offer collaborative divorce, mediation and consulting for people dealing with family law issues. My hourly rate is $300. I offer an initial consultation for up to 90 minutes at a flat fee of $300, where I will answer your legal questions about finances and parenting in a divorce. I am passionate about helping clients reach settlements that achieve their financial goals and allow them to effectively co-parent after divorce. I know the stereotype of a divorce lawyer. I'm different. I know how important it is to the rest of your life. Besides being a lawyer, I am a mom who went through a divorce. My daughter's dad and I have a great co-parenting relationship that has flourished over the past 10 years.

Kellie represented me throughout my collaborative divorce process and she helped me to make the best of a bad situation, being respectful of how I wanted to go through the process instead of forcing me to do things the "normal" way.
