- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. MOBILIZATION Meet with your sales representative to discuss project details and design. Provide mobilization payment to schedule project. 2. SCHEDULING A company representative will contact you approximately one week prior to start date and approximately 24 hours before start of project to schedule the job introduction meeting. 3. JOB INTRODUCTION The decision maker will meet with a jobsite manager and your foreman to go over project details, provide start date payment and sign the initial walkthrough paperwork. 4. BUILDING A crew of professional builders will create your project. They are fully trained to work efficiently and diligently, while remaining mindful of the existing surroundings. At any time you have questions, or would like an update on progress, your jobsite manager will be available, or you may call the office. 5. FINAL PAYMENT The date your project is completed your foreman will perform a jobsite walkthrough, collect the final payment, and provide you with a Completed Project Information Sheet for you to review and fill out.
