FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard pricing is $115 per hour. For some clients, this works, others need a defined dollar amount for the delivery of the project. I can also quote a range and bill against that range. Some clients hire me across a duration with a set budget every month and I bill against that budget ensuring I don't go over.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The initial meeting is based upon learning about the client's business, what challenges they face, and how I can most effectively help them. Once we have a clear strategic direction, we develop action plans for both of us to tackle the issue and start moving forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My MBA is in Strategy and Entrepreneurship, which is a great fit for both small and large businesses. The greatest value I can as an expert is by asking the right questions. What compliments my education are my certifications in both project and program management. What this means for my clients is they get a business plan that is built upon a core strategy and action oriented with timelines and costs integrated. What is going to differentiate me from others is my wide background and experience. My undergraduate was is Plant Biology which has been used in the horticulture, landscaping, and agriculture industries. Most businesses may or may not need the expertise I bring in this dimension. Those businesses that have a chemistry component will benefit greatly the most from my expertise. I also have substantial experience within the construction trades. Between growing up and paying for school, I've installed carpet, garage doors, roofed houses, and installed DirecTV.
