- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are more cost effective, since we are not a big nation wide company we don't have the overhead like them. It actually benefits the consumer two ways one keeping our cost lower and two our painters are family or like family and they care about quality and customer service
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Satisfaction Guarantee We provide our customers with a clear and accurate bid that is backed by our product and service guarantee. Now a day's guarantees don't seem like they mean a heck of a lot, to us they do! We want you to be totally satisfied, we walk through the end of every job with our customers to make sure it is exactly the way they like.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My painters have several hours working under experience painters that train them in a way that reflects the professional service you will receive from In Town Painters.
