What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard pricing for roofing is normally 375.00 per square for a roofing project, but this is the base rate and will change depending on the pitch of the roof, amount of layers of shingles currently on the roof, and the product that is chosen. Our normal rate for gutters is 9.00 per LF for full seamless gutter installation and replacement. If we are asked to do a repair, we have a minimum charge starting at 750.00
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In short: Connect. Meet. Design. Install. Enjoy. We send out a "get to know us" email that gives some detail about our history and our capabilities. We also share a link for a questionnaire that helps our potential clients give us more information about themselves and their main concerns/questions. Our project consultants communicate well with potential clients and are on time and are extremely knowledgeable. Our Project Consultants walk our clients through the whole process of the project and also provide digital renditions of what each project would like like with the customer's color preferences.
