- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Nothing concrete. It really varies depending on the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It really depends on the project. But, below is a general idea of our process for most project. I start by taking a few days to really learn about who you are and what you are looking for in your project. After that we will start gathering content and figuring out plan for the project. Then in about a week, we will start to build the project based on what we have learned the week before. This is a rough outline; with every project we create a general schedule and timeframe. We do this because it keeps both of us on schedule and know what the other is working on. This makes our projects more efficient and organized. Which is great for both of us! :)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I will be getting my Degree in Business Management after this spring semester. But more importantly, I have been doing website design for a few years now, and really getting into it and learning some code about a year ago. I've been taking photos and videography for 7 years now and I really enjoy doing it. I started a small wedding videography business when I was 16. I started a coffee company when I was 18 and sold it for a profit when I was 19; early 2016. I started my online branding company, Wolderman Creative, on February 3rd of 2016 and have been doing that ever since and I see myself doing so long into the future.
