The move had to be rescheduled to two hours later, but that was not a problem, they had left a message the day before letting us know. At the time of the move, the lead Joseph, called to let us know that they were three minutes away. This great communication would continue throughout the move. The team of three arrived - Joseph, Fernando, and Tyler. They introduced themselves and we proceeded to tour the house. They complimented our readiness and reassured us that they would fit everything in their truck and that we would be impressed - they told us they would take care of everything. We asked for the wardrobe boxes and filled them up with our clothes, they taped them up and proceeded to fill their truck. While they moved our belongings, we focused on cleaning a different part of the house - it was a relief to be able to trust SuperSafe Movers. The three men were working constantly and diligently, always upbeat. They would keep us informed and asked questions about wrapping - they had blankets, plastic; and brought dollies and shoulder straps. They assisted us in several parts of our move that were important to us and not required of them. When it was time to drive to the new place, they kept us informed about their 30 minute lunch. They took a tour of the house and memorized the layout to begin working right away. They assisted us in removing an old washer that was in the house, to move in our new one. When our couch wouldn't fit through a door frame and to the family room, they provided different options - remove the bottoms or choose a different spot, they spoke about the timing and how it was not a guarantee, they were being up front with the information, clearly wanting to make sure I knew they weren't running the clock - they never did. They read my labeled boxes and placed them in the right rooms. They were detailed and thorough. When it was time to pay, Joseph explained the start time, end time, lunch time off, added the hours and did all the math in front of us, we payed with a card and it was painless. These guys squeezed us in last minute and although it ended up later than we expected we were given updates thru the day. Then when they arrived it was on and the guys took over and knew exactly what to do to get us moved quick and easily!
