CertainClean did a great job cleaning our house! We hired them to clean our rental property after we moved out, and were very pleased with the results and customer service. They were very helpful and responsive prior to and after the cleaning. Beforehand, they provided thorough information with regard to the services they offer and afterwards they provided information about how long various services took. They were very diligent and thorough in their cleaning - I think our bathroom is even cleaner then when we moved in! Also, the entryway/mudroom floor actually looks white again, which I didn't think was possible! I would definitely hire CertainClean again.

They were on time and did a fantastic job on our apartment for moving out. We had been there 2 years and while we cleaned regularly, we had pets and a LOT of stuff, so there were many missed corners, nooks, crannies and of course the kitchen looked "well used" we'll say. Not a complaint and everything was sparkling clean. Thanks so much!

We have set rates for MoveOut cleanings and provide quotes for recurring cleanings.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We normally provide a free walk through for residential cleaning services at the end of which, we're able to provide a quote and even schedule the first cleaning. With MoveOut cleanings, we provide the hourly rate, a ballpark cost, and schedule the cleaning.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Our customer list is very diverse. Large houses to small apartments. One time MoveOuts to those looking for weekly cleaning.
