Coaching options: 4-week option: $700 (breaks down to $175/session) 6-week option: $900 (breaks down to $150/session) 8-week option: $1,080 (breaks down to $135/session) 12-week option: $1,500 (breaks down to $125/session)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?During the first meeting I'll ask you questions about your health history, where you are today, what your goals are, and details around what you eat and when. This also allows me to begin designing a customized eating strategy just for you. I can give "homework" to complete in between sessions or not - totally depends on what you want. But, at the second session I'll check in to see how the first week went and we'll keep moving forward from there.
