- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every client is unique. My pricing model is very flexible. Some clients prefer to work with me on a fixed price platform and some prefer to pay per transaction. I give discounts to clients when I manage more of their wealth.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My onboarding with new clients takes a couple of appointments. I like to get to know my new clients. So, we always have an introduction call or meeting first. If we decide to move forward we have another call or meeting to discuss how I can help them. After the appointment, we move forward with a plan. I have appointments with my clients on a bi-annual basis as well as my phone and email in the interim as needed with life changes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Finance Bachelors Degree. I hold a Series 7, 63 and 24 for Investment and Principle licenses. I also have Life and Health Insurance licenses. I have the AAMS and AIF certifications. I am a Five Star Twin Cities Financial Advisor award member.
