- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a fully custom catering company so we try to come up with the best and finest menu based on our customers budget and service needs. We have a variety of tried and true menu options with standard rates. We offer discounts for large groups Our rentals, chef fee, and labor all have a standard rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We work with clients via email, text or phone. In person meetings, tastings are scheduled upon request. Our client specialist, Amber Stewart, is available evenings. We'll discuss what kind of food you want, and the level of service you need. We'll provide recommendations based on location. length and style of event, etc. and create a proposal that meets your style, budget and taste. An itemized proposal will be provided so you can see all the costs (no hidden fees) and make adjustments. WE may also recommend a site visit depending on the event to ensure we are prepared the day of your event. Once food and service is determined there's not much else the customer needs to worry about other than invite their guests!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Owner Chef Jeff and his right hand (Chef de Cuisine) Joe Davis have a combined total of 80 years of culinary experience. That's a lot of experience and perfecting delicious cuisine. Working at beloved barbecue Ted Cooks 19th Hole Restaurant to Byerly's to high end restaurants in Minnesota and Wisconsin including Nicollet Island Inn they have cooked it all and now show off their creative culinary delights through catering.
