Kevin is a great massage therapist. He's professional and knows his stuff when it comes to finding the areas that are tight and holding a lot of stress. I recommend him highly. Although I haven't trained with him yet it's pretty obvious that he knows his stuff in the gym too.Oct 31, 2018Verified

As soon as Kevin came to the door, you can tell he is into fitness and cares a lot about his body. Kevin did a great job with the perfect deep pressure I was looking for. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I try to keep rates lower so clients can see me more frequently during the week. so for those clients who need more accountability and like to train more often, offer discounted sessions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?typically seeing a client for the first time, we go over all the questions you might have and your goals. We will discuss how I am going to get you there and what its gonna require from you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a PT diploma from NPTI, this was a 6 month on campus course, 4 days a week. we studied the books for half of the day and went to the gym for the second half of the day. I would recommend this course to any trainer starting in the field. since then I have been reading, researching and studying movements, nutrition, and the mental state of people as well.
