About this pro
They were very professional, friendly, affordable, explained everything to us, cleaned up very well after the job was done. We would definitely refer them to friends and family.Apr 26, 2018Verified
Larry came out and looked at our area in the basement. He was very detailed in his explanation of what he would do to correct our problem. He was very honest in his assessment of our situation and with fair pricing. We didn't end up using his services but we definitely may need to in the near future!Mar 14, 2018Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Due to the nature of water damage work and mold remediation work, no job is the same and too many factors need to be assessed before a quote can be given. If you decide to and can put the work on an insurance claim, we work with your carrier and the insurance adjuster to come to the final cost of work done. We strive to take care of the problems properly and not cut corners. We work for you the customer not the insurance carrier. With mold we will assess the situation and provide an estimate for the work to be performed. We will refer you to a professional mold inspector to do testing if we feel it is necessary. Water damage and mold remediation work pricing is based on square footage, rooms affected, contents moved and removed, equipment used, and other factors. We require customers sign a work authorization contract and for non-insurance work (private pay), we will need a $750 deposit before work begins. Water damage work tends to be about $3000 on average, mold remediation will be more around $1500. We require customers sign a work authorization contract and for non-insurance work we will need a $750 deposit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Typical process for emergency water damage remediation work is to arrive as soon as possible, assess the situation, provide an estimated time frame for the work, scope of the work, and the outcomes we will seek to attain. Upon signing work authorization, get drying equipment in the residential or commercial building immediately or as soon as possible if other measures need to be taken (i.e. safety, relocation of furniture or other items etc.) With mold or non-emergency water remediation, we do estimates for no charge within our service area. We will charge $100 for travel greater than 25 miles from Central Minneapolis.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?David Tynes, General Manager is certified in Water Restoration, Applied Microbial Remediation, Fire and Smoke and Odor Remediation. Larry Donnelly is certified in Water Restoration.
