I've worked with Tyson in multiple areas of my personal fitness journey. First, I was trying to lose weight and then after being sick and unable to do any physical exercise I was trying to gain back muscle that I lost. Tyson is very knowledgeable with not only fitness but nutrition as well and was able to help me reach my goals in both weight loss and muscle gain. I am so happy with my results! Tyson really listens to his clients and is able to make effective and easy to follow plans for whatever your fitness goals are. He focuses a lot on technique when you are first starting out so you have a very solid foundation moving forward and can achieve the exact results you are looking for. Not to mention he's very friendly and always available for whatever questions you may have! I highly recommend Tyson as a personal trainer for his vast knowledge of fitness, effective training and nutrition plans, and overall character.

In the time I trained with Tyson, I had significant growth in my strength, confidence, peace of mind, and empowerment. Using my body to lift heavy shit made me feel more grounded, more capable. And Tyson was the facilitator of that. He has beyond sufficient understanding of human physiology, with a B.S. degree in Biokinetics/Exercise Science. He also has a peaceful soul and kind demeanor that is conducive to personal growth. He is excited and passionate about his work, and he wants to train his clients to be self-sufficient in the gym after a few sessions together. Then he continues his coaching by designing and encouraging your plan, meeting less frequently, etc. Because he really knows what he’s doing, I got really strong really fast. My back squat increased by 200% in my first month training with him, for example. That’s coming from someone who hasn’t lifted weights since high school. He has a lot to teach seasoned athletes, too, because EVERYTHING he teaches is backed up by real science. He knows about physical training for any type of end goal, whether it’s body building, power lifting, running a marathon, or increasing strength and mobility for daily life. He also knows a lot about eating for optimal health. I recommend Tyson so much. He’s awesome. I’ve had an amazing time with this kind, motivating, and passionate professional.

Tyson, the trainer, does an incredible job of meeting you where you are at in your fitness and health journey. For me, that was pretty minimal ability. He was able to help me improve my strength and ability so much. He also is great at helping you define your fitness and health goals, and then helps you understand the steps to get there. He is extremely knowledgeable in the information relevant to not only training related health, but to overall health including nutrition and physiology. I would highly recommend him to anyone to train with, not only to learn, but to grow in the ways that matter most to them.
