Had a salesman come by and give a quote. Quote given by salesman didn’t match contract. I tried contacting that salesman via phone, email and app and no response. I then called the main phone and got paired with a different member of the franchise. That individual cancelled our first meeting due to person conflict, rescheduled about a week later. The day the second person was supposed to show, ended up being a no show. I called him and he said he forgot to tell me I wasn’t in his franchise jurisdiction. Amy, Thank you for your feedback. We understand that we came to your home on Wednesday the 22nd to give you a free quote. We had to do some follow up do to the complexity of your project. We should have done a better job of communicating with you over the two day period while we were getting the quote together. Going forward we have learned from your comments and will make sure to get quotes to our customers sooner.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We don't have any price gimmicks or "one week only sales". There are no "buy 2 rooms get 1 free" type of stuff. We simply offer the best products from the best manufacturers, using the most qualified installers, at an everyday great value. Our prices are always all-inclusive, with no change-orders. Once we give you a price, it stays that way even if your job becomes more complex once we remove your current flooring. There are no surprises, and you will not pay your balance until you are completely satisfied with result.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?It all starts with the in-home consultation. Book an appointment, and we will handle the rest. Appointments can last from 30 min to 2 hours depending on how you like to shop. We will stay with you as long as you need to find a product that you love. Once we find the customized flooring solution that works for you, we agree to cash or payment terms, and schedule your install. Typically, your project can be complete in under 2 weeks from the initial appointment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Everybody in the Floor Coverings International family receives 100's of hours of computer based and hands on training. We visit the home office in Atlanta 2-4 times a year for specialized workshops. We meet monthly with our reps from each company to learn the latest installation techniques and tips to get the most longevity and performance out of each product we carry. Every installer is scrutinized for certifications, references, years of experience, and overall talent. We aren't looking for a bargain when it comes to installers, we are looking for the best available at a good value.
