- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the amount of space taken in our truck/trailers. We have 12 price points starting at a minimum $100-$650 for 20 cubic yards that ensures that your only paying the space your junk takes in our truck. We haul a trailers that is 14' Long x 7' Wide x 6.6' High for 21.5 cubic yards and holds 5000 pounds of junk; this a little more 20 yard dumpster and larger than our competition. And this is where you save money.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Easy as 1-2-3 #1. You contact us with your email, service address and phone number; leave details of your junk removal project. #2. You will receive booking conformation shortly after, another 2 hours prior to booking time and a 3rd conformation once a truck is headed your way. #3. We come in and "we do all the work" until the job is completed!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified in construction driving, trained in seal coding, interior demolition and worked as janitor for Marsden in St. Paul for 7yrs on the special floor crew stripping, waxing and buffing floors in downtown Minneapolis. I have managed an AutoZone where I started as a sales rep. and with Oreilly's Auto Parts.
