- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer reasonable rates and I do offer discounts and sale prices on certain photography and designs but I will let people know when I do so via social media links.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer reasonable rates and I do offer discounts and sale prices on certain photography and designs but I will let people know when I do so via social media links. This all depends on what type of photo shoot/design that’s being done and your age. I do have my clients sign contracts that are simple to read but good to have because I want my customers to not only feel comfortable but knowledgeable about what photography/design services that I will give them. If so, I will meet or talk with my clients before the photo shoot or about a design they want done to discuss what they want and don’t want and other details that entails.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing Photography since middle school (since 2003) and have taught myself through the years. I have also taken some photography classes in College as well. I have my Bachelor’s of Arts Degree in Graphic Design and have been doing it since 2012. So I have been a freelancer in Photography & Graphic Design actively since 2003 (Photography) and 2012 (Graphic Design).
