Blake is extremely knowledgeable, motivating, FUN and encouraging! I like that his entire program is science-driven and super easy to follow. He's always available to answer questions and never makes me feel like any of my questions are stupid! I've tried every diet under the sun and this is the first one that I've been able to stick to, see results, and is backed up by science!~I've lost 26 lbs, reversed my Type II Diabetes and have WAY more energy!This new way of eating has changed my life in so many ways! I wish I would have known about the LCHF way of eating years ago! I highly recommend working with Blake, to anyone looking to lose weight and improve their overall health!

Blake is fantastic! I was nervous starting a new workout & nutritional plans but he put me at total ease. I didn’t know what to expect and his preparation and guidance, even after the first day, totally blew me away. He has a great attitude and helped me step by step to get started and stay on track. Blake is so encouraging - but in a sincere way, not so overly positive that seems fake. I am so grateful for his expertise and effort in helping me reach greater overall health. I highly recommend Blake & LCHF Fitness! You won’t regret it!
