Never got to work with Roxanne. Booked from 7:00-10:00a, when I texted her at 7:30 to find out what time she was coming, she said time is a range to arrive and she wouldn’t be arriving until 10:00a. I arranged my entire day around her coming at 7:00. After, she just kept saying we never discussed a time and that she could come the next day. THEN she said she would have offered me a discount, but only after I told her I would find someone else. Did not find Roxanne to be professional or apologetic for her error. The cancellation even shows the booking was for 7:00am. I am highly disappointed, as I was hoping to find a regular house cleaner.Jun 12, 2018Verified
Not a good idea for a teenager who prefers to spend his Saturday with friends, cleaning with his mother. Very nice but with only the windows and floors and bathrooms I expected better and felt bad about a poor review but windows still dirty shutters damaged and a mop that leaves a smell of a dirty gym bathroom used. Hello Sr. My son is not a teenager he is a college student who works with me on saturdays! he prefers to get money for his school than going out with friends. After we left you said we forgot to clean a window and came back even though we were 20 minutes away. I apologized and stayed in your home almost 25 minutes extra when I left your wife checked every single room and you guys said everything was ok. I asked you before I left your house and you where smiling thanking me for the service. We did not give you a rush service we worked almost 4 hrs in your home times 2 lol working that is almost 8 hrs of labor total. What is a little awkward to me is that you are posting this review after a month or so. You had my personal number to call me immediately if you found something wrong that particular day.

This company is so unprofessional. First they arrived 20 minutes late. Upon arrival they didn't apologize for being late. The cleaning was very inconsistent and rushed. Upon walking into my home it didn't even smell clean so I'm sure what they use as cleaning products. One of the employees dropped a clock off the table and then a few minutes later knock over another clock and broke it. The employee didn't inform my husband who was sitting right there that she broke it. I informed the owner of the broken clock and without even looking at it just offered a $50 discount for the broken clock. Well the clock cost more than $50. I'm not using their service again so I asked that a check be sent and was told that they don't do cash refunds and only discounts for broken items. Also, there is a big issue on the cost of the service. I knew this was going to happen that is why I asked twice if the owner would come view the home before service so there wouldn't be any confusion. She told me she would come on the first day of service and didn't. Now that I've complained and asking for the reimbursement of the broken clock now she is saying that they basically cleaned my house for free because there were extra costs that they didn't charge me for. You can create all the bad reviews with the same reason. My answer will be the same we weren't late. I have proof of that! please stop lying and next time be honest because you didn't mention that we DEEP CLEANED all your bathrooms for free bc they were very bad we couldn't just do standard cleaning that you said they need in your request to avoid extra cost. and that we also cleaned the extra rooms you didn't mention in your request and you told the cleaning crew that was part of the agreement not only that but we cleaned a home with pets even though you lied to tumbthack in your request. Our answer will be the same with every bad review that you keep posting PLEASE BE HONEST NEXT TIME YOU HIRE A CLEANING SERVICE. NO BODY IS GOING TO WORK FOR FREE!!!!!

Ever since I been cleaning for the most of my life trained and taught by the best. Now I have a son that goes to college and another that is in the army. I am proud and I love what I do!
