- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually charge a flat fee for the total job, all depending on what kind of cleaning is needed, the soil level, Windows, carpets and if the job is reoccurring. I am also willing to work with people on monthly budgets. I offer discounts if you choose to hire us weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. We are offering a Winter savings of 10% off your total bill right now for all new clients!! Valid 2/1/19 thru 2/31/19.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we usually talk on the phone and I get a run down on what the client expects from me. They tell me what they want done and by when. I usually take notes while we are talking. The next step is to meet in person and possibly get to visit the property. Then I can accurately quote the customer and we set a start date. If a written contract is necessary, then I will sign it and so will the customer. Then I will start the job asap or on the date agreed by both parties. My next step is to show up on time (sometimes a little early), and establish a cleaning routine so nothing gets left out! Our main goal is to please our clients!! Our reviews speak for us!
