What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It varies from project to project. Many times we can offer ways to save money by creative alternatives so it pays to have us look at your project on sight.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to schedule a quick meetup to allow us to gauge the needs and wants of a client's project. From there, we help you design a project that enables us to fit your needs and also keep it in budget.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in the general contracting business for over 30 years and we have a class A contractors license that enables us to build / remodel anything from small rooms to commercial buildings.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I'm a third generation general contractor so I have grown up doing this work all my life and enjoy building these project for clients!
What types of customers have you worked with?
Anything from residential to commercial.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
The latest large scale project was a $3 million,13,000 sqft house which you can see in our project pictures. In between that time we have completed many small scale remodels and rehabs. We are interested and small or large projects.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Experience and the ability to be flexible with every situation since many times projects aren't feasonable under initial impressions but with clever ideas, we were able to make it work.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
A written down plan and possibly a sketch.
