- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rate varies depending upon service provided and any additions that may be requested. There is also travel fees for locations that are not in my remote area.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Asking questions and making sure to give the customer exactly what they are looking for. I always investigate in order to find out what type of skin they have. They type of event they will be having. Whether it is indoors or outdoors.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do not have any formal training prior to my work experience in the makeup industry. I am self taught. And I am a Certified Makeup artist by MAC Cosmetics. Currently have 8 years of training with the company.
