- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I offer free quotes, I will give you all your options (from basic repair, to top of the line upgrade) and pricing. From there I leave you to decide how you want to proceed, and I am always available to answer any questions you may have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been in the pool industry for 15 years, worked for a number of other companies learning as much as I could from each. After I started my company I have gone through extensive training with each of the top 3 manufacturers (Zodiac/Jandy, Pentair, Hayward) as well as earning my CPO (certified pool operater) certificate. Last, but not least, I am a Licensed/Bonded/Insured California contractor.
